Each console is completely assembled and ready to install-- you no longer have to go through the hassle of assembling the console before installation. The shift plate and all components are pre-installed, saving you both the time and the effort of doing it yourself. Each console assembly also features the correct shift pattern for your vehicle's specific transmission.
